About Mads

Mads is the Director and Founder of Foodjob Nordic, and manages executive recruitment and business development projects on the International markets. He has a Master of Arts from Aarhus University.

Previously Mads has been in leading positions at Epinion, JobAdvice and the Danish Agriculture & Food Council. He has a vast international network, and several years of experience with the Nordic and International food industry across channels and segments.

Mads is a true Food Industry expert, and started Foodjob to improve partnership, recruitment and talent attraction to the food industry. At Foodjob, he gets the opportunity to learn something new every day and explore new innovative approaches.

Mads lives with his family in a village near the Mols National Park, and has a strong passion for food and people.
