Our recruitment process

When working with us we see it as a fundamental criterial to have a transparent recruitment process throughout the entire collaboration. Therefore, we have a simple structure of our recruitment process from the initial meeting to the final step of following-up on our joint recruitment collaboration. We use this structure to give current and new clients an idea of how the process is proceeding step-by-step.
