Foodjob Nordic is looking for a competent and communicative Technical Advisor for Pindstrup Mosebrug A/S.
Pindstrup is one for the world leading producers of growing media for the horticultural industry and for garden use. The headquarter is located in Pindstrup, Denmark. Factories in Denmark, Northern Ireland, Spain, Russia, Estonia and Latvia are supported from the main office. So are the sales consultants and sales representatives in Europe, USA, Middle East and Asia. The group has 850 employees and the turnover is approximately 1 billion DKK.
The Product Department handles the collection and dissemination of technical insights and knowhow about the production and use of growing media. The department has the role as coordinating link between production and sales and cooperates closely with the organization in general.
As Technical Advisor in the Product Department your area of responsibility includes:
- Sales Support
- Product Management
- Production Support
- Product Development
- Quality and legislation
The working day is varied and consists of both administrative tasks and technical support in the bog, in factories and to the sales force and customers. Together with your coming colleagues in the Product Department you support internationally, and therefore travelling activity must be expected.
You have some experience – practically and/or theoretically - within biology, agronomy, biochemistry, biotechnology or a related field. And you have a desire to invest in your professional development.
On a personal level you have an appetite for knowledge and you are comfortable taking the lead within your field of expertise in the role as advisor. You possess highly developed communication skills that enables you to convey technical information to a diverse group of customers and colleagues in a constructive and well adapted way.
As travelling is a part of the job you are both flexible to travel and consider this an interesting part of your job function.
