Supply Chain & Customer Service Manager for Solina DK/NO

Foodjob Nordic is looking for an experienced supply chain professional for our client Solina DK/NO.

Solina DK/NO (ex. SFK Food A/S) is a leading supplier of spices, marinades, functional ingredients and complete food processing concepts. The company is a long time successful supplier for food manufacturers and food service in Denmark as well as internationally. From 2014 the company has been part of the Solina Group based in France.

Responsibilities and goals

Given the made to order production your primary focus will be to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders through controlling order inflow and managing the material portfolio and the stock levels. With direct reference to the Site Manager DK/NO you will be responsible for both the site customer service department and the site supply planning department. This implies:

  • People management of 11 coordinators
  • Managing incoming customer orders
  • Analyzing and optimizing service parameters and terms of delivery
  • Managing returned goods and customer claims
  • Managing daily logistics and selecting logistic partners
  • Inventory monitoring and management
  • Ensuring raw material portfolio availability
  • KPI implementation and management

Your functional scope includes both traded goods and the entire range of raw materials for production. Even though production planning is not part of the scope, the degree of complexity is high not least due to the very large number for SKUs.

You are offered a central role being part of the Danish leadership team as well as the Northern Europe Supply Chain team. You will have many interfaces internally and externally as you will be interacting with customers, suppliers, production, procurement, sales, local management and other Solina Group sites.

Qualifications

You are an experienced supply chain professional preferably with a background from the food production industry. Also being an experienced manager of a team you possess good people management skills with an ability to effectively communicate and interact on all levels. Being results and solution oriented you balance between an analyzing and a more hands-on approach, and you combine structured planning with flexibility towards both external and internal customers.

Your IT skills – especially your Excel skills - are at a high level and you are fluent in both Danish and English.
