TripleNine Group A/S is the result of a merger of Danish TripleNine A/S and Norwegian Vedde AS. The merger was brought about because the two companies shared identical views on the strategic challenges they were facing and saw an opportunity to contribute to the continuous consolidation of the industry on a global scale.  Moreover, the companies making up the group will be better prepared to develop new products for the market and thus be in a better position to meet customer requirements in future.
