Technical Sales Account Manager – Food & Feed Ingredients
Some important focus points are:
- Interface strongly with key customers on R&D, application, purchase and marketing
- Sales Development and Budget responsibility for the Norwegian market
- Internal and external coordination and knowledge sharing
- Interface strongly with key customers and internal applications team
- Ensure best practice of CRM for the customer accounts
- Participate in gathering market/customer intelligence for Global and Regional Account teams
- Development and improvement of concepts and products
- Executes pricing strategy and price negotiations
- Educated with a Degree level (Food Science/Agronomy/Technology)
- Minimum of 3 years BtB sales experience in the food or feed industry
- Experience in customer interfacing and managing customer relationships
- Combines a commercial mindset and drive with specialist technical knowledge
- Strong project management skills, high integrity and thought leadership skills
- Fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian) – elementary professional language skill is required in Norwegian
- Based in Norway and willing to travel around
- Sales contribution from area of responsibility
- Development of high value add business in area of responsibility
- Ability to make strong sales presentations
- Impact of new sales and marketing initiatives in area of responsibility
- Ability to read market trends
- Develop strong relationships with customers (able to interact strongly with both technical, marketing and purchase departments)
