Commercial Manager:in (m/w/d) B2B – Probiotics
OUR CLIENT
MILEI is a highly technological and dynamically growing company that operates internationally and has been successfully working with the ingredients of milk and whey for many years. The company is part of the Japanese Morinaga Group, one of the three largest dairies in Japan. The ingredients are used worldwide in infant formula, clinical nutrition, sports nutrition and in various food applications.
This position is being filled to build up the sales team for the probiotics category in the EMEA region.
YOUR NEW CHALLENGE
• You will market the existing probiotic strains oft he parent company in the EMEA region
• You will look after existing direct customers and, if necessary, distributors and visit customers internationally
• You will acquire new customers and specifically identify new application opportunities with potential customers
• You will process customer inquiries, prepare offers and monitor market developments in the segment
YOUR QUALIFICATION
• You have a degree in food technology, business administration or similar
• You have several years of B2B sales experience of probiotics to a corresponding customer base
• You have a technical understanding of the applications and enjoy interacting with international customers
• You are fluent in German and English
• You are a personality with strong communication skills, negotiation skills, independent working style, motivation, hands-on mentality and conceptual strength as well as willingness to travel
