Head of Product Range Development & Purchasing Organic Products

YOUR NEW CHALLENGE

• Responsibility for future portfolio and product range management and the organization of pricing policy

• Development and implementation of product range strategies in close coordination with the heads of department and implementation of the resulting measures

• Idea generator / innovator for product range design, processes, sustainability topics; interface management

• Responsibility for securing gross profit (sales, trade margin, purchasing conditions)

• As a member of the BIO COMPANY management team, you will lead a 20-strong team with four direct reports

 

YOUR SKILLS

• Business administration degree or comparable commercial/business administration training

• Several years of professional experience in a similar management position in food retail with a store system

• Understanding of retail, a high affinity for food, purchasing and negotiating experience in the area of product range design in the food industry, ideally fresh produce

• Good communication and teamwork skills, goal-orientation and commitment

• Motivation and curiosity to track down innovative product ranges and actively help shape processes
