Sales Manager – Nordic Kingfish

On behalf of our client, Nordic Kingfish, Foodjob Nordic is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Manager to help drive sales to key accounts across Europe. As a pioneer in land-based aquaculture, Nordic Kingfish produces Yellowtail Kingfish, a premium fish tailored for high-end dining and sushi markets. With our newly expanded production capacity and strong focus on sustainability, we are positioned for significant growth.

About the Role:
As Sales Manager, you will be a significant part of our commercial efforts in Europe, focusing on expanding sales to clients across relevant sales channels such as retail, restaurants, hotels and premium foodservice distributors. Your role will include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to grow our European market presence
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Identifying new market opportunities and negotiating contracts.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to enhance awareness and use of Yellowtail Kingfish.
  • Representing Nordic Kingfish at trade shows and customer events.

About You:
We are looking for a commercially savvy professional with a proven ability to deliver results in the food or seafood industry. Key qualifications include:

  • A degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales to the European food industry, perhaps within seafood or premium food products.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages (e.g., German or French) are a plus.
  • Knowledge of sustainability trends in the food industry is a bonus.
