Sales Coordinator – Food Ingredients
Foodjob Nordic is searching for an experienced Sales Coordinator for EUROGUM A/S, part of Bang & Bonsomer since Spring 2021. The right candidate has strong organizational skills and is a self-starting business professional with excellent communication skills, and ideally some experience within the European food industry. The Sales Coordinator will report to Head of Business in this very lean and flat organization with a high level of entrepreneurial spirit.
Important focus points will be:
- Be in daily contact with our customers and our contract manufacturer, Fipros
- Taking care of orders + transport
- Issue invoices
- Organize quoted prices
- Handle complaint cases
- Organize test samples
- Other ad hoc tasks
You are responsible for all stages of order processing and sales support, and thus that the company's products are ensured an optimal commercial success in the global export markets. The right candidate will be responsible for business-critical customer contracts and registrations.
It is crucial that the right candidate has an overview, customer focus and a strong value chain understanding. You can create an overview of the supply chain, and at the same time be hands-on so that things get done. You get direct customer and supplier contact, handle a wide range of administrative business procedures, including in CRM system for order management, status internally and externally, as well as support for sales and purchasing.
Professional experience with providing sales support and managing client projects are the main requirements for the job. Preferably you have completed a commercial education as well as hands-on training relevant for the role at EUROGUM. As a person, you are outgoing, service minded and flexible with regards to the tasks and work load in the company, so we help each other during holidays and general busyness.
- Educated within Business, Finance, Administration, or similar relevant background
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in the food industry
- Skilled administrator, systematic and preferably professionally well-founded around food
- Super user in relation to ERP systems (IFS) and IT in general
- Documented results from similar positions
- Good language skills in English and preferably additional language in writing and speaking
- Is inspiring, committed and independent - you can and will take responsibility
- Is systematically loyal, flexible and cooperative
